Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Drug possesion
My friend was arrested on 2 charges of drug possesion with intent to sell. In his vehicle was a bottle of my perscription for Vicodine. I had left them at his apartment the day prior. I am concerned with what legal ramifications this may have for me. Am I in trouble? What should I do?

Re: Drug possesion
Your friend should retian an attorney to assist him with this serious criminal charge. As for what could potentially happen to you, that would ultimately depend upon the DA and whether or not they want to prosecute you for a criminal act. If my law firm can assist you with this legal matter or any other legal issue, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
