Drug Transport
Is it possible for you to be charged for drug transportation without physical evidence, ie, heresay (someone elses testimony?

Of course. Being charged requires the lowest form of proof, probable cause. Hearsay testimony is what a person heard someone else (besides the defendant) say. It is also riddled with exceptions. If this is related to your situation, get a lawyer.
