Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Is Drugging Someone's Drink Against the Law? Which Law?

Someone drugged my drink twice in one evening about a year ago. He even admitted it to me in an e-mail.

He moved out last August, but just won't leave me alone. Now he's hacked into my computer and gotten passwords and usernames to single sites I've signed up with. He printed out what I thought were private messages between me and several men and put those printouts into another man's mailbox, with his own warning to my friend about what kind of person I am.

This man is a friend, however, and brought them all to me, telling me he thought I needed to know about this.

Is there anything I can legally do? I've thought about threatening to tell him that if he doesn't leave me alone, I'm going to file charges against him for drugging my drink. Do I have a leg to stand on?

Thanks.

Speak to the prosecutor regarding this matter and also that you wanted to get some type of crime victim protective order in place. There are special things you can do since you are a crime victim and this may fall into a dosmestic relations issue.
