Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am a dual citizen and moved abroad with my husband and assisted him with obtaining permanent residency while he was being investigated in the US. After we moved he was indicted by a federal court. If I return without him do I run the risk of being charged with accessory after the fact, aiding and abetting, or harboring?
