Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

DUI, unlawful carrying of a weapon...

I have a DUI warrant and unlawful carrying of a weapon warrant in Bexar County, TX (county court 5) from 1999. I am an alcoholic, now sober for 4 years. In 2002 or 2003 I had another DUI in Scottsdale, AZ. On this one I went to court and plead guilty and took the consequences. Prior to that I have a criminal history to include forgery - reduced to a misdemeanor after completing probation (2002). I now have all of my criminal issues behind me except the warrants mentioned in Bexar county Tx. I'm a senior in College. I'll have my bachelors degree in May '08, I work for my church and a Christian missionary organization in which I and my wife lead mission trips into Africa. I'm going on to graduate school once I graduate... How do I clear these Tx warrants? How will my past post-warrant affect this issue. from 1999 - 2003, I got a whole lot worse. from 2003 to present, I have had nothing short of miraculous transformation in my life - verifiable. I need help. I want all of my loose ends to be cleared... what do you think?

You need to retain a local criminal defense attorney. There are one or two issues that you did not discuss.

I practice criminal defense in the Bexar County Courts and have appeared before all of the judges.

Send me an email and we can discuss this further.

You need to contact an attorney that handles DWI as well as unlawfully carrying a weapon, because the DWI can have some harsh limitations if your attorney doesn't watch what they are doing. My partner and I handle cases like this please give us a call.
