Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I was arrested in a parking lot of the bar that I was leavign from. Is that considered entrapment? Also, I refused the breathalizer/blood test and I was just wondering how strong of a case I have. Should I try to fight it?

Well, that's not entrapment because they didn't

talk you into going to the bar to drink before you

left and got arrested ... Not taking the intoxilyzer

was a very smart move but your license will be suspended

15 days from your arrest if you haven't requested a hearing

before the 15th day ... there is an 800 number on

the information that they gave you the night of the

arrest that you can call to schedule a hearing ...

Depending on the facts, you probably should fight it

because a conviction will result if you enter into

a plea bargain agreement ...
