Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
DWI charge
I am charged with a 3rd or more DWI in Liberty County, Liberty Texas. What is the range of punishment and what should I expect, per this counties happenings with this type case.

Re: DWI charge
A third DWI can be a felony, unless the two priors are fairly old (i.e. over 10 years). They are not always filed as felonies, and each county handles DWI's differently. I do not know what the policy in Liberty County is. Assuming you are guilty, these are generally probation cases. however, you can expect some type of counseling/treatment will be required.
