Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
DWI conviction
my boyfriend was convicted for DWI, he was told that he would not be able to travel. Are there any exceptions to travel restrictions, we had plans to travel to his sister's wedding that's in our same state.

Re: DWI conviction
From your question, I am going to assume that your boyfriend was placed on probation.
Ask the probation officer about permission to travel. If they say no, get your attorney to approach the judge on the subject. I dont see why the judge would keep him from traveling.
