Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Dwi
Pending 3rd or more DWI felony. DA is offering only 5 years. Last case was 1994. Judge have personal vendetta against Alcohol cases due to family death by DWI. How can I get reassigned a new Judge?

If your judge is bias, then your attoeny can filed a motion to disqualify.
