If I allow a person to drive my truck
that I know is on probation for DWI and is require to submit a breathe test every time they start their personal auto and I allow this person to drive my truck which is not equiped with the breathe machine am I liable if they are involved in a wreck?

That would depend upon what the proof at trial turns out to be -- but if you are openly acknowledging this, you are putting yourself and property at serious risk. Your insurance would probably refuse payment.
