Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
dwi postponed for 2 years
I received a DUI in 2005, the lawyer has postponed taking to trial every three months, one time it was the next on docket and that was over 6 months ago. How long can it be postponed before they have to do something about it.

It sounds as if your lawyer is doing a very good job for you. If you question his strategy, you should discuss that with him/her directly.
