DWI-plea bargain
If a dwi plea bargain that is accepted is the
record judicated--if you accept time instead of
probation is your does your record remain clean??

If I understand your question to be whether your record will be clean if you accept plea, then the answer is no, in most instances. If you plead guilty to a crime and receive jail time or probation, then the judge probably has accepted your plea of guilt and imposed a sentence. This will be on your record. If you received deferred adjudication and successfully complete the terms, then your record will not reflect any convictions, but it will show that you received deferred.
