my husband was charged with a DWLS, he recieved a DWI 2 years ago and is able to get his licences back in april. What is the fine and punishment for this DWLS?

It is a Class B misdemeanor (unless the charge is enhanced to a Class A). The range of punishment for a Class B misdemeanor is confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 180 days, a fine not to exceed $2000, or both fine and confinement. Probation term, if granted, may be up to two years. Probation in some cases, can be extended up to three years.
