Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Early release probation
I am on 5 year probations and will have completed 2-1/2 yrs in March. I have done everything required. My situation has changed dramaticly since 1st put on it. How can I get an early release? Do I need to hire an attorney to do this?

You need to file a motion for early termination of probation. What are you on probation for ? Is the probation regular or deferred?
