early termination of probation
is there a writ that i can write up myself to ask the courts to consider me for early termination

Depends on whether you are eligible for early termination. If so, you can file a motion for early termination of probation. You are more likely to be successful if community service is done, restitution and other fees are paid off. Basically, if everything is done except the probation period.
