Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
someone egged my car while i was in it!
so last night i was in my parked car, lights off, car not running! A car pulled up next to me and threw an egg, I got the license plate and called the police. Like always the police never got there. Should I press charges or try and get a new paint job?

You should do both. File charges and the DA should try and get you restitution for your damages.
