Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Am I eligiable for early termination? I have been on 2 in a half yrs on a 5 yr sentence.
so far almost perfect file w/my PO, if so How much would this cost me? and or can I do this myself unexperianced?

You might be eligible but it really depends. First, it is helpful to have the probation officer on board. If the probation officer recommends that the probation be terminated early, it normally carries a lot of weight with the judge. On the flip side, if the probation officer is against it, that will hurt you.
You can try to do it on your own, but you are much better off hiring an attorney for something like this.
