Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I am going throug ha divorce with my wife of 13 yrs. The last 3 1/2 yrs she has had an affair with a married man. I have set up an aol address posing as an old classmate. I have gotten lots of info as well as provocative pictures and inuendos. My divorce attorney does not know if i am legal in what im doing. There is 100,000.00 missing. I just want my money. There are over 200 emails exchanged. Can i use this against her in court to show her character. She has also sent pictures of our 4 yr old granddaughter in the bath tub. She has nor seen the guy i'm posing as in 37 yrs.

When you are represented by another attorney, it is unethical for another attorney to comment on the litigation. I strongly urge you to cover these issues in detail with your lawyer.
