Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Employee Theft Trying to make restitution.
$2,400 worth of merchandise was stolen and a false receipt was turned in. payment was traced to me. I was fired and they owe me $2,500 in back-pay. Now the police want to question me and they say if I come there I am free to go afterwards.
