Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
employer accused me of theft no proof on camera..inventory will show the blouses missing are the ones I have including sizes I do not have . could I go to jail

The employer can contact police with the evidence s/he believes s/he has. Police can take a report and contact the prosecutors' office to see if they will take charges. If they think there is sufficient evidence, then you could be arrested. You could make bond and fight the charge.
If the prosecutors' office does not think there is enough evidence, no charges will be filed.
You should not talk to anyone - your employer, officers, etc. - about this matter without first talking to a lawyer in person.
