Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Enlisting In The Army
Trying to enlist inthe Army. In Texas I have a 11 year old charge of Deadly conduct. Can I enter the Army if i get my record Non-Disclosure. Do they check Non-disclosure records. Keep running into the Lautenberg Amendment.
Thank you,

Re: Enlisting In The Army
The Army will stay be able to get the record if non-disclosure is done. Non-disclosure just prevents the normal person from getting your criminal reocrd.
