Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I entrusted a cousin to deliver a watch from TX to SC where my uncle . The watch cost over $3900.00 , this cousin decided to keep the watch, is it any way I could legally recover the watch or the money ?

Sue him in small claims court in Texas in the county and jurisdiction in which you entrusted him with the watch.
You could try to call police and make a theft report but they probably will not get involved. (But, it doesn't hurt to try.)
