Is escort services leagel in Texas????
And if you get paid for companionship and later on have sex is this unlegal?????

Having sex in exchange for money is illegal in Texas. The State can try to prove that the claim that you were paying for companionship was a sham and that this was sex for money (think a bank robber who says "I was just borrowing the money"). It's usually harder for the State to prove an escort service is prostitution than say, prostitutes on a street corner, but it is not impossible.
