Would like to esponge record, 2 charges, from years ago. How do i begin? Will they completely totally disappear? What is average costs?

First question is whether you are eligible for expunction. Was the case dismissed, not guilty, or a deferred probation? If eligilbe for expunction then all original records will be destroyed. However, it is possilbe that other copies might exist. Costs depends on how many agencies you are going to serve and if going to hire an attorney.
