Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
MY ESPOUSED HUSBAND LIED TO ME INTO BUYING HIM $1850.00 WORTH OF HEAVY DUTY TOOLBOXES FOR HIS BUSINESS TRUCK.WE HAVE BEEN APART FOR A YEAR.HE TOLD ME IF I WOULD BUY HIM THE BOXES,THAT HE WOULD LET ME AND MY CHILD RETURN BACK HOME WITH HIM.BUT HE LIED AND HE WON'T GIVE MY BOXES BACK TO ME NOR WILL HE PAY ME FOR THEM.WHENEVER I GO TO HIS HOUSE TO CONFRONT HIM ABOUT MY PROPERTY HE BRINGS OUT HIS SHOTGUN.
SO WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY PROPERTY BACK FROM HIM?
