Can I get this expunged from my record. Disorderly conduct - misdeameanor Class C on 4/21/06. Paid $50.00 fine

Regretfully, class C misdemeanors which result in a conviction are not eligible for expungement, with only a few limited exceptions. Since you paid a $50.00 fine on this class C disorderly conduct, the case resulted in a conviction and is final. Had you received deferred adjudication and completed it successfully, you would be eligible for the expungement.
