Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Estate
If you know that someone has lied on a affidavits what can be done? My brother-n-law stole 23 head of cattle from the estate and sold them. The judge in Milam County said that he doesn't have to pay for them becasue he went and got a affidavit signed by his wife and other family members that lied. We know that they are all lying. What can we do?

Re: Estate
Evidence is either a tangible item or testimony from someone who has personal knowledge. An opinon or a gut feeling is not evidence. The affidavit was taken by the judge has evidence. You now have to overcome his evidence by evidence of your own that is contrary.
This is best handled by a lawyer.
