Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Evading Arrest w / motor vehicle
I was charged with evading arrest. The officer said he was behind me for 8/10 mile before I pulled over. When I noticed the officer behind me I pulled over. How is that evading arrest? What exactly is evading arrest with motor vehicle?
