You need to immediately can go to the police and file a police report and get a file number. Keep this number safe. You will need to open an identify theft file & plan to keep it open for quite awhile.

Technically, you don't know who stole your identity, but someone has stolen your identity.

Next, contact facebook and all of your other internet accounts and close them.

You need to go offline for awhile.

If he has taken over control of your computer remotely, then you need to take your computer to a computer expert and get those programs removed from your machine immediately.

You need to add password protection to your computer. The passwords must be extremely difficult to guess -- something that uses numbers, symbols and is something he would never guess like LAWguru9876$#@! -- yes it is a pain to remember but that is the point!

You need proof of these nude photos. Your friends need to make copies of these nude photos.

I assume that these nude photos were done with your knowledge and consent.

If these photos were taken without your knowledge or consent, then you have a possible invasion of privacy claim.

I would encourage you to consult with an attorney about the options available to you about your invasion of privacy.

Also, contact the credit bureaus - there are 3 - and let them know that you have had your identity stolen and you have a police report.
