Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Expongement
Is an individual able to file expongement papers on their own or does an attorney have to be involved in the filing of such forms? If an individual is able to, how do you go about doing so?

Re: Expongement
It can be somewhat hard for you to do it, but you always have the right to represent yourself. I actually do not know of a place on the internet that supplied the information, but you can go to your county law library. The librarian will not show you how to do it, but will usually direct you to the correct books. TCL
