Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

How to do an expuction yourself

My friend was charged with a felony for welfare fraud about 10 years ago. The judge gave her deffered adjudiction with a 10 yr probation and 600 hours community service. She completed probationary period within 2 years and was released of her probation. Can an expuction be done for this type of charged do you have to have a lawyer to remove these charges or can you do it yourself? If you can do it yourself were can you go to start the process?

Thank you for your time.

The Clerk of Court receives papers meant to be seen by the judge, and that's where everyone starts.
