Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
expulsion or sealed
30 years ago i was convicted of a felony, I been in auto sales since 1979,and with this they say, I can't sell anymore.The district clerk says,''No Way''. My career depends on getting this off, can't pass a background check now. So how can I work.

You can get this record sealed, so that it is only 'visible' to law enforcement and government agencies. Where are you located? An attorney in the county or nearby county where the record originated can help you for a reasonable fee.
