Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Expunction
I had a court case dismissed and am eligible for expunction. I am going to represent myself and am wondering is there any difference between me filing or an attorney? I cannot afford to pay legal fees.

The main difference is the lawyer will have the form for an expunction. You need to make sure that you include all the agencies that have a record of the case (i.e. police department, district attorney's office, clerk's office, Texas Department of Safety, NCIC, and etc.)
