Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
expunction?
I have a MIS-C for IBC. I plead guilty but was never put on probation or anything. I just had to pay court costs. Is there a way to get my files exounged because now I cannot get a job because of this.

Re: expunction?
Probably not an expunction, but you might qualify for an Order of Disclosure. This means that the information is available to approximately 23 government agencies, but not to the lay public or employers.
