Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
One Expunction petition?
I was charged with 5 different misdemeanor A (ABI cases) out of which 2 went to trial (I won) and 3 were dismissed. Now, I wanted to file for expunction. Can I file one petition of Expunction for all 5 cases?

Not if they have separate cause numbers.
