Expunctions - Motion for Non-Disclosure

I need help getting some information expuncted from my criminal background. One of my relatives used my name and several other family members names when was arrested for several crimes, now he and many others are listed on background check as alias, with several crimes including time in prison. I need some help getting this information corrected. I can't get a job or anything because of this. Please Help.

If none of these charges are yours -- but someone else's then an expunction or non-disclosure is not a good solution. Instead, you need to start clearing the record. This is without doubt a long, tedious process. An attorney would probably be able to assist you.

If you want to handle it on your own -- there are many public service websites devoted to recovering from identity theft. My guess, is that it would be necessary to get some court orders establishing through DNA or fingerprint evidence, that you are not the person charged with the criminal offenses.
