Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
How to expunge a dismissed class C misdemeanor
Hello
I am looking forward for help to expunge a dismissed case for class C misdemeanor. The false charge was brought up as an assault by threat at municipal court. Judge dismissed it based on it is not being an assault by threat at all.
Dismissal happened during Nov 2008.
How do I go about getting this record expunged.
Where do I search for more information ? What is the first step ?
I am looking forward to hire a lawyer if required.
