What is the procedure to have a felony deferred abjudication removed from my record

You need to file a petition for non-disclosure. However, depending on the felony you might not be eligible. Also, a non-disclosure does not remove the felony from your record instead it is not disclosed to certain people. However, certain organizations can still view the record after a non-disclosure.
