Expunge or Seal records
I want to have a record of mine expunged or sealed (whichever is best). The offense happended (class a misdemeanor in 1978 and I was given probation for 1 year. The offense happended in Elpaso Texas. I now live in Jacksonville, Florida. What is the process or where would I go on this site to find out the process for filing the paperwork myself? Thanks.
