what is the average price a lawyer would charge for a criminal expungement- will your records be sealed in only the state you get the expungement in-

If your records are expunged, then no State including Texas will have the information since the records will be destroyed. If your records are nondisclosed then certain agencies can still get the records. Whether you qualify for an expungement or nondisclosure, will determine what the filing fee is. Some lawyers include the filing fee in their fee.
