Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
expungement
Can a person who is still serving probation for a 3 time felony DWI have criminal record expunged? How is this accomplished? How much should I expect to pay a lawyer or can I complete the forms myself?

Re: expungement
There is no chance of having prior DWI convictions expunged [erased from one's criminal history] unless there is clearly demonstrated constitutional error in the proceeding which is sought to be expunged.
Expungement is not available because one convicted of a crime later finds the conviction inconvenient or just wishes it to go away.
