Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Expungement record?

I had 2 Misd. class ''C'' (Municipal court) and 1 Misd. class ''A'' (County court) cases filed against me in 2006. The prosecutor in the municipal court decided to dismiss their both cases on condition: one was to be refilled in the same court because the place of incident was not correct; and second case, was sent to the county court for a higher charge; from class C to A. So now, there was one case active in municipal court and 2 cases were active in county court. Then, I had a trial in the municipal court which I won. So now, all the cases were dismissed/closed at the municipal court, but I still had 2 active cases in the county court. Now, the case which was dismissed from municipal court and accepted in county court was dismissed without any trial or sentencing, but the second case was tried and I won again. I was arrested 2 times, only for county court cases. I never had any probation, community service or parole. To conclude, I had 3 original cases out of which 2 were initially dismissed to be refiled and because of that it became 5 different court cases. Now, I wanted to know how many numbers expugements do I need to get my record absolutely clean, just the same way as it was before all of this happened! Thank you.

Re: Expungement record?

My reading of your situation is that there are three expunction filings, that need to be prepared very carefully in order to cover all the bases.
