Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Expungement
I have already served probation and paid fines for a conviction of a misdemeanor in 1999. The conviction has been expunged but the arrest is still there on the criminal record. How do I get it off of my record??

Re: Expungement
I suspect that the conviction was not expunged. It may be that you had deferred, and the matter was dismissed when you completed the probation. You might qualify for an Order of NonDisclosure. Feel free to email me directly if you need additional information.
