Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Expungement Texas Felony
A felony possession of a controlled substance in 1994. Can it be expunged? Today the same charge wouldn't be a felony it would be a misdemeanor.
Live in CT now and would like to erase this from public records.

You will have to apply for a pardon in order to have your record erased. This is a specific procedure that requires an application and may involve a hearing. If you need further information, you can email me at [email protected].
