No with a straight felony probation you may not expunge your record. However, you may be eligible to seal your record depending on the probation and what type of job you are trying to obtain. You need to contact a criminal attorney that handles criminal cases.
Re: expunging a felony record
Hello there,
It depends.
First, expunction is out of the question, but you might be eligable for an affidavit of non discloure.
If you recieved defered probation and sucessfully completed the term of probation you can go to court on an affidavit of non disclosure so prospective employers will not know that you had the charge on your record.
Certain time period also apply.
