Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
expungment or pardon
In 1992 my husband was convicted and received 10 yrs deferred adj for injury to a child. In the 1994 the child was killed by the person that caused the injury in 1992 and she was finally convicted and given a life sentence in 2005. 9/05 the Harris Co. district attorneys office came to our home and advised him that they know that he was not guilty of the 1st injury tothe child. Since they admittd their mistake and he was finally proven not guilty was course of action would he be able to take to get his record cleared. He has completed all requirements by the court and has not been any any trouble with the law.
