Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I want to know if I can get exsponged. I got charged with reckless driving/misdemeanor (non-adjudication of guilt) in 2003. There was no accident, no alcohol, no injuries. Im 30 now and have never been in any other trouble. What are my options?

If you are saying that you successfully completed a deferred adjudication probation for reckless driving, then you are not eligible to expunge (or erase) the records. You may be eligible to seal them from the public through a Motion for Non-Disclosure. If the arrest was for DWI, you may be able to expunge those records completely. You should talk to a criminal defense attorney in the county that incident came out of.
