Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Exsponging
I need to know what I can do to get a Credit Card Abuse charge exsponged off my record. It was back in 2001 and I was given deferred adjudication probation until March 2007. I have completed my community service and paid all my fees, and my probation officer has submitted the request to get me off probation early. This is the only trouble I have ever been in - EVER. Once my probation officer gets me off probation what can I do to get it exsponged off my permanant record?
Thank you in advance.

Re: Exsponging
You can not ever expunge this case off your record. Two years after you are off of probation if you have been in no trouble you may seal the record from certain people.
