How do you have a record cleared
so that no charge shows up?

First you determine if you qualify for expunction. If you do, then the petition is filed with the court. If you do not qualify, you may still qualify for a Nondisclosure Order. Get a complete copy of your file for an attorney to review to determine if you have relief.
