I have a misreminor theft charge and I went to court six months ago and paid the entire fine that day. This charge is keeping me from getting a job. Can It be taken off

No. When you paid the fine, you probably entered a plea of guilty and were convicted of theft. You may later be able to get the file sealed from non-law enforcement agencies.
